About This Session
After 6 years of React in open source, it's taken over as the library of choice for many software developers, but getting started with React can feel daunting! In this talk, we'll go through the basics of the React library and its origins in functional programming ideas. We'll also talk about the latest ECMAScript features that are commonly used with React plus how to understand core concepts like props, state, and even hooks!
