<p>Mercurial is an excellent distributed source control tool that is used widely in companies and open source projects. It has a clean and simple interface and it is a powerful, reliable repository for your source code.</p> <p>I’ll demonstrate the core commands and work flow you'll use with Mercurial and we’ll discuss the differences between it and centralized source control tools. Branching and merging is simple and it works well, so we'll look at how it can be used in your development process.
