Speaking Sessions

  • Creating beautiful, fast and accessible enterprise app with Grommet

    1:15 PM Sunday   Room: RE-311
Grommet is an open-source framework that finally provides a foundation for designers and developers to work together consistently. We have created a user experience (UX) platform that provides great enterprise experiences for users and for those who are creating applications. For designers we provide general design principles as well as specific design guidelines. Driven by these guidelines, the developers have a set of UI components and structure that aims to accelerate development. During this session we are going to install Grommet in our local environment and develop a sample app together, live! We run on top of ReactJS and Node. If you are interested, we encourage you to bring your laptop for a little crowd-programming.
