He spends most of his days working on the Expo, ZURB's educational and training hub for product designers. He is very involved in Forrst, a community of 50,000 designers and developers, helping others understand the importance of giving and receiving feedback.

Feedback helps you iterate on your process so you can design great products faster, hone in on specific interaction and push past roadblocks. In this session, we'll dive deep into the tactics of soliciting great feedback, how to take it and discuss how to give valuable feedback to others.
