She speaks to numerous international conferences and user groups including HTML5 Dev Conference, O’Reilly Fluent, OSCON, WebVisions, and JavaOne. Doris received her Ph.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in computer engineering, specializing in medical informatics.
