As a CRM application, Dynamics CRM includes modules for sales, marketing, and service. As a development platform, Dynamics CRM enables the rapid creation of business applications. This session will start with an overview of Dynamics CRM as a development platform and then dig more deeply into the strenghts of the platform for implementing BPM. I will walk through the creation of workflows for the automation of business processes.
